The initial efficiency plate filter is an indispensable equipment for conveyor belt media pipelines, usually installed on the inlet end equipment of pressure reducing valves, discharge valves, fixed water level valves, square filters, and other equipment. The filter consists of a stainless steel filter, a sewer section, a transmission device, and an electrical control section. After the water that needs to be treated passes through the filter of the filter, impurities are blocked. When cleaning is needed, the detachable filter bucket can be removed and reloaded after treatment, making it very convenient to use and maintain.
The filtration speed of the initial efficiency plate filter
Initial efficiency plate filter: When the solid particles in the suspension are larger and the particle size is uniform, the pores of the filtered slag layer are smoother, and the velocity of the filtrate passing through the slag layer is higher. The use of coagulants to collect particles into large blocks can help improve filtration speed.
Primary efficiency plate filter: For suspensions with rapidly sinking solid particles, a filter with provided materials should be applied to the filter medium to ensure that the filtering direction is consistent with the direction of gravity, and coarse particles sink first, reducing clogging of the filter medium and filter layer. Mixing coarse solid particles such as diatomaceous earth and expanded perlite in difficult to filter suspensions (such as colloids) can loosen the slag layer. When the viscosity of the filtrate is high, the suspension can be heated to reduce its viscosity. These measures can accelerate the filtration speed.
Cleaning Guide for Primary Efficiency Plate Filters
1. Open the suction grille of the device, press and hold the buttons on both sides, and gently pull it down.
2. Drag the hook of the air filter and pull the device down and out.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner or other equipment to remove dust or rinse with warm water.
4. If there is too much dust, you can wash it with a soft brush and neutral detergent, then air dry it with water and place it in a cool place to dry.
5. Do not use hot water above 50 for cleaning. Do not air dry on fire to avoid discoloration or deformation of the equipment.
6. After cleaning is completed, equipment needs to be installed. When installing, hang the device on the protruding part of the suction grille, fix it on the suction grille, and slowly push the rear protrusion of the suction grille inward until the entire device is pushed into the grille.
7. The next step is to close the suction grille. This is exactly the opposite of the first stage. Press and hold the filter signal reset button on the wheel, and the cleaning notification symbol will disappear.
8. In addition, there is too much dust in the environment where the super efficiency filter is used, and the cleaning frequency should be increased according to the situation. Generally, it is better to do it every six months.
