The transportation and storage of primary efficiency plate filters should be retained according to the direction indicated by the production factory logo. During transportation, in order to avoid human damage and prevent severe vibrations and collisions, it is necessary to place it gently.
Before installing the high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to clean and wipe the clean room. If the air conditioning system is filled with dust, it needs to be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If a super efficiency filter is installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, cleaning and wiping are still required even inside the technical mezzanine or ceiling.
After the clean room and purification air conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, the purification air conditioning system needs to be put into trial operation. Run continuously for more than 12 hours, clean and wipe the clean room again, and immediately install the high-efficiency filter.
Before installing the initial efficiency plate filter, it is necessary to unpack and conduct a visual inspection at the installation site. This includes filter paper, sealant, burrs and rusted spots on the frame (metal box). Whether there is a product qualification certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. When installing, each filter should be placed reasonably according to its resistance size. For unidirectional flow, the difference between each rated resistance and each average resistance between each filter on the same air outlet or supply surface should be less than 5%.
5. Installation of initial efficiency plate filter frame is required. The installation frame level of each initial effect plate filter allows a deviation of less than or equal to 1 millimeter. Additionally, it is necessary to ensure that the arrows on the filter frame are aligned with the direction of airflow. When installed vertically, the folds of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
6. The sealing between the initial efficiency plate filter and the frame is generally required to wipe the filling surface, filter boundary surface, frame surface, and water bucket clean when using gaskets, stickers, negative pressure seals, water bucket seals, double sink seals, etc. The thickness of the seal shall not exceed 8mm, and the compression ratio shall be 25%~30%. The joint form and material should meet the design requirements, and the joints of the frame should be leak free. When using a double ring seal, do not block the hole in the annular chamber when pasting the seal. Both double sealing and negative pressure sealing should keep the negative pressure pipeline unobstructed.
